We are a platform that facilitates connections, and we do not provide pet care services directly.

  • Pet care arrangements are made directly between you and the service provider
  • We do not supervise, direct, or control a service provider's work
  • We make no representations about the quality, safety, or legality of service provider's services
  • You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of service providers for your needs

5. Booking and Payment Terms

When you book a service through our platform, you agree to the following terms:

  • All fees are specified at the time of booking
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all amounts due
  • Cancellation policies are specified at the time of booking
  • Late cancellations may result in partial or full charges
  • No-shows may result in full charges

PawsAndWhiskers reserves the right to change its fees at any time, upon reasonable notice posted in advance through the Services.

  • You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
  • Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party
  • Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable law

PAWSANDWHISKERS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL PAWSANDWHISKERS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF PAWSANDWHISKERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
